Return Policy
All Sales Are Final. However, if you receive merchandise that breaks due to the possibility of a manufacturer's defect or natural defect in the case of stone, defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days for verification purposes. No merchandise will be exchanged or replaced without written authorization first. The customer will pay for shipping and handling charges. Brad Oren Sculpture Supply will then ship you replaced or exchanged merchandise of equal value with shipping and handling paid by Brad Oren Sculpture Supply (UPS Ground only upto 150 pounds). Returned merchandise that exhibits wear and tear, abuse, misuse (not in new condition) will be sent back to the customer with no exchange or replacement.
Notice for Stone Orders: If shipped by Dart Transit Company or an LTL shipper upon
reorder (stone weighing 500 pounds or more), Brad Oren Sculpture Supply
will exchange the stone for a new one of equal price per pound. The customer
will pay for shipping and handling charges.
IMPORTANT: Do not send back any stone without consulting
with someone at Brad Oren Sculpture Supply first. When the stone arrives,
there has to be evidence of the stone having a crack or defect on its
own, not created by the sculptor.
